- Unlimited access is available to our clients during these hours without extra charge.
- Last entry is 15 minutes before the published closing times on each day.
- We are only closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Access to Your Safe Deposit Box
Step 1: On arrival at reception, you will be “checked in” by one of our custodians who will confirm your identity using our bespoke software system. (Please note that if your account is in arrears or your ID is incomplete we will be unable to allow you access to your safe deposit box.)
Step 2: You will then be escorted through to the main vault where our custodian will open the guardian lock on your safe deposit box. You will then use your personal key to open the other lock on the box.
Step 3: Most safe deposit boxes have liner boxes to ensure you privacy whilst in the vaults. You can take your liner box into one of our spacious viewing rooms. These rooms have lockable doors and will enable you to inspect your valuables in private.
