As I sit down to write this article, I can't believe it is over six months since St James' Safe Deposit Leeds Branch opened its doors for the first time. In doing so, we became the first privately owned Safe Deposit Vault in Leeds since the mid 1960's.
Business has been brisk and it has been a pleasure to serve the people of Leeds (and surrounding areas) by offering this much needed service. Our customers are diverse and come from all walks of life. It is fair to say though, that we have had nothing but positive comments and customers really appreciate the formidable levels of security we have in our underground vault. With the addition of the latest security systems and safes, many customers liken the facility to a Movie or Spy Thriller!
The entire site retains listed status and the modifications that were completed prior to opening have embellished the original Victorian features perfectly. From the spacious and comfortable reception area to the secure vault, customers have been highly impressed.
I have also been highly impressed by how quickly the Staff have bonded as a team. We all came from high security backgrounds and it was great to see that they immediately offered a professional and courteous service for our customers.
Thoughts now turn to the rest of the year, where we aim to build upon our excellent start and continue to offer the highest levels of satisfaction for both our existing and new customers.
