Step 1:
On arrival at reception, you will be “checked in” by one of our custodians who will confirm your identity using our bespoke software system. (Please note that if your account is in arrears or your ID is incomplete we will be unable to allow you access to your safe deposit box.)
Step 2:
You will be admitted to the airlock leading to the main vault. Once in the privacy of this area, you will find a control panel (pictured right) You will use your personal swipe card together with your finger print to confirm that you are the registered box holder. This will open the guardian lock on your safe deposit box.
Step 3:
You will proceed into the main vault where you will use your personal key to open the 2nd lock on the safe deposit box.

Most safe deposit boxes have liner boxes to ensure you privacy whilst in the vaults. You can take your liner box into one of our spacious viewing rooms. These rooms have lockable doors and will enable you to inspect your valuables in private.
